Our Leadership Team

At Eastmore, our leadership team is more than a group of individuals serving in different roles, we are a family united by our love for Christ and a heart for serving others. Each member brings unique gifts, talents, and a dedication to helping our church grow in faith, fellowship, and love. Together, we strive to create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels valued, encouraged, and part of God's family.

Pastor Adam & Jessie Baker

Pastor Adam serves as the Lead Pastor, faithfully leading our congregation with a heart for God and His people. His wife, Jessie, serves as our Children’s Ministry Director and is also a dedicated member of our Praise and Worship Team. Together, they share a passion for serving the Lord, strengthening families, and helping others grow in their faith.

Russell & Laura Cotter

Russell faithfully serves as a member of the Praise and Worship Team at Eastmore alongside his wife, Laura who serves as the Praise and Worship Leader and Media Director. Together, they share a heart for worship, serving others, and glorifying God through their talents.

Wayne Freeman & Eddie Cunningham

Wayne and Eddie faithfully serve on our Welcome Team at Eastmore, greeting everyone who walks through our doors with a warm smile and a friendly heart. Their dedication to making everyone feel welcomed and valued helps create a loving, inviting atmosphere where visitors quickly feel like family.

Tiffany Stinson

Tiffany faithfully serves as a member of our Praise and Worship Team and Children's Ministry at Eastmore. With a heart for worship and a love for children, she uses her gifts to help lead others into God's presence while encouraging and nurturing the faith of our younger generation.

Deanna Cotter

Deanna faithfully serves in our Children's Ministry at Eastmore. With a loving heart and a passion for helping children grow in their faith, she plays an important role in creating a welcoming and nurturing environment where our little ones can learn about God's love and build a strong foundation in Christ.

Sharon Causey

Sheri faithfully serves as the Treasurer and Missions Leader at Eastmore. With a heart for serving the Lord and helping others, she plays an important role in managing the church's finances and leading efforts to share God's love beyond the walls of our church. Her dedication to faithful stewardship and outreach is a blessing to our church family and community.

Israel Freeman

Israel faithfully serves as the Teen Ministry Leader at Eastmore. With a heart for encouraging and inspiring the next generation, he is dedicated to helping teens grow in their relationship with Christ, strengthen their faith, and discover God's purpose for their lives. His passion for serving the Lord helps create a welcoming environment where young people can connect, learn, and grow together.

Dale Cotter

Dale faithfully serves as the Head of Security at Eastmore. With a heart for serving and protecting others, he is dedicated to ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for everyone who enters our doors. His watchfulness and commitment help provide peace of mind so our church family can worship, fellowship, and grow together in Christ.
